Using Meeting Pulse
How do I log a meeting?
Open the Today tab and choose Log a meeting. Add the basic details, continue to the mood check, select exactly one mood, then save. Reason tags and notes are optional.
Why is the Save button disabled?
A meeting needs a name, valid duration, and one selected mood before it can be saved. Check both steps of the form for anything still missing.
How is the impact score calculated?
The score combines a mood value, a duration multiplier, and the reason tags you selected. It is a practical reflection tool—not a clinical, psychological, or employee-performance assessment.
When will weekly insights appear?
Your weekly pulse updates as soon as meetings are logged. Pattern-based coaching waits for enough examples before describing a trend, so a new week may show factual totals first.
How do I edit or delete a meeting?
Open a meeting from Today or History. From its detail screen you can edit the reflection or delete it. Deletion is permanent.
How do I export or remove my data?
Open Settings. Choose Export all data to create a JSON file through your device’s share sheet, or Delete all data to permanently erase local app data after confirmation.
Can I recover data after uninstalling the app?
No. Meeting Pulse stores data on the device, so uninstalling the app removes it. Export a JSON copy from Settings before uninstalling if you want to keep a personal backup.
