Summary
Meeting Pulse is a local-first meeting reflection app. The mobile app does not require an account, does not send your meeting reflections to a Meeting Pulse server, and does not use your reflections for advertising or profiling.
The short version: your meeting data stays in the app’s local storage unless you deliberately export or share it.
Data stored on your device
When you use the app, Meeting Pulse stores the information you enter in a local database on your device. This can include:
- Meeting title, date, time, duration, and meeting type
- Participant count and optional notes
- Selected mood and reason tags
- Calculated impact score and weekly summaries
- Display preferences and onboarding state
This information is used only to provide the app’s Today, History, Insights, scoring, reporting, and export features.
Data we do not collect
The Meeting Pulse mobile app does not collect or transmit:
- Your meeting reflections, titles, notes, moods, or scores
- Account details, because the app has no account system
- Contacts, calendars, location, photos, microphone, or health data
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking information
- Usage analytics, crash analytics, or behavioral profiles
Your control and data retention
Your data remains on your device until you edit it, delete individual meetings, use Delete all data in Settings, or uninstall the app. Deletion cannot be undone.
Because Meeting Pulse does not hold a server copy, we cannot recover data after it is deleted or after the app is uninstalled. Use the JSON export before deleting or uninstalling if you want a personal backup.
Website and third-party services
This website does not use advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies. Its fonts and visual assets are served with the site rather than loaded from third-party font services.
The hosting provider and app stores may process basic technical information, such as an IP address or download diagnostics, under their own terms. External links—including the public support tracker—take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Children’s privacy
Meeting Pulse is intended for workplace meeting reflection and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app’s features or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
For privacy questions or requests, use the public support page. Please do not include private meeting information in a support request.
